The Dancer's Preparatory Program I ages 10-13

Danceworks is designed for students with the ability and interest in a well-rounded dance education. Students study ballet, jazz and tap dance technique. As student must have strong ballet technique & correct body placement. A personal evaluation with a faculty member is required. Jazz dance class extends to 1.5 hours allowing students to develop stronger technique and experience more jazz dance styles. Tap progresses to more intricate footwork, shading and timing. Excel program: Accelerated classes offered to qualified students by invitation. Invitations will be E- mailed Monday, June 9, 2008

Dress Code: JLDC regulation black leotards, pink tights, black jazz pants, pink ballet slippers, black tap and Tan jazz shoes.
